What is Sophon

The role

We are searching for a Product Designer to join our product team and help us deliver a unique end user experience, enabling mainstream audiences to leverage the power of blockchain through delightful and intuitive applications. Your main focus will be to:

• Craft interfaces that feel more like interactions with art than software
• Design onboarding flows that turn skeptics into believers
• Create visual systems that competitors will try to copy
• Push boundaries while maintaining intuitive navigation
• Own end to end design lifecycle of user flows

Skills/Traits we are looking for

• 5+ years of UX and UI experience, with a broad portfolio that makes other designers either jealous or uncomfortable.
• You see design constraints as creative opportunities
• You can articulate why beauty matters in functional design
• You have strong opinions about micro-interactions and animation
• You think most crypto UX is boring (because it is)
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Low attachment to what you create. If is beautiful, but users don't like or we realize it doesn't have traction, let's move to the next idea/iterate.
• Hands-on and capable of delivering designs, mockups and prototypes.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver creative solutions.
